GNOD
[Salford]
(Rocket Recordings, Not Not Fun Records, Trensmat Records, Blackest Ever Black etc)
The brand new triple LP will be out about a week before this gig!
Back in guitar/drum format but with a whole gang of extra goodies (modular synths, sax, homebuilt/modified instruments etc).
Should be nothing short of life changing, still the most exciting band in the world.

Shit and Shine
[Texas]
(Rocket Recordings, Diagonal, Riot Season etc)
Perhaps the most unclassifiable, unique & demented act in the out there. Through hoards of unpredictable releases, $&$ have established themselves as one of the most idiosyncratic cult bands of the day. Trying their hand at pretty much any sound they fancy; 4 hour long noise-rock mantras with 5+ drum kits, sleazy & unsettling funk/disco, crushing digi-doomstep, last week they put out an avant-jazz tape...but always distorted in an unmistakable Shit & Shine fashion.
They've also got a new LP due out on Rocket before this show, glad to welcome to post-everything kings back for a 3rd time!

Anthroprophh
[Bristol]
(Rocket Recordings, Cardinal Fuzz, Z A M Z A M R E C etc)
It was somewhat inevitable but Anthroprophh have finally established themselves at the forefront of the current 'psyche-wave...man'.
Made up of Paul 'Prof' Allen, lead guitarist of The Heads and backed by Big Naturals, they sound like an amalgamation of the entire Nurse With Wound list, condensed into a heinously loud sonic assault. Drawing from the furthest reaches of experimental rock, drone, punk, jazz and noise, they've been frantically releasing records since 2012 (6 full lengths and split with Acid Mothers Temple).
This will be their first show back in Bristol after they rip Roadburn Festival a new one!

The guys from Rocket Recordings will be spinning tunes between the bands and providing some overwhelming, immersive lighting/visuals.
The venue is around the corner from the Trinity Centre, a sort-of warehouse loft conversion space with a bangin' new PA and cool decor, it's gonna be one to remember!
